Healing StonesFocus of the Workshop(s): Rocks and crystals have been treasured for their beauty and healing energies since the dawn of time. In similar ways, rocks and crystals can assist in our spiritual journeys. For example, they bring forth spirit energies that provide interesting applications in the ordinary and non-ordinary realities. For some, the rock and crystal spirit energies can enhance shamanic work by adding new experiential dimensions to the ecstatic journey. For others, the rock and crystal spirit energies provide a new set of tools to be used in healing practices, such as establishing protective energy cocoons. At a minimum, as we learn to awaken the spirit energies of the rocks and crystals, parts of ourselves will begin to awaken as well.

What to Expect: This weekend will be offered as two workshops that can also be combined into one. On Friday participants of both workshops will be working together.

The first workshop will focus on discovering and exploring the ways each individual relates to the crystals and collects information from them. This workshop will be Thursday and Friday. We will be spending time connecting to the crystals and observing the effects they have on us as well as journeying with them.

The second workshop will focus on using stones and crystals for healing. This workshop will run Friday through Sunday. Using hands-on experiences, the workshop will focus on energy systems and creating a state of grace, balance and harmony, where healing of the body, mind, soul, and spirit can occur. We will use shamanic journeying to assist us in creating sacred spaces as healing processes for self and others. Herb will be bringing crystals for us to work with. There will be lots of table work facilitating healing for others in the class as pairs or trios.

When and Where to Come: Both workshops will be held at Bethel Horizons in Dodgeville, WI approximately 45 minutes west of Madison, 30 miles southeast of Richland Center, adjoining Governor Dodge State Park. Detailed directions will be provided in your confirmation letter.
